Registering your interest
Submitting a registration or enquiry form does not create a Hub or guarantee that one will be established at your institution. Hubs are set up by agreement between Halo Project and the college or university, and are subject to training, safeguarding and capacity requirements.
Merchandise orders
All merchandise prices are shown in pounds sterling and include delivery within the United Kingdom. Halo Project Charity is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on any order.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payments are taken securely by Stripe. Items are made to order and normally delivered within five to seven working days.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within fourteen days of receiving your order and return unworn items in their original condition for a refund. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full. Contact info@haloproject.org.uk to arrange a return.
